The Adelaide Central Market are proud to celebrate Smart Eating Week in collaboration with the Dietitians Association of Australia presenting a day of cooking, learning and giveaway fun Saturday, February 16.
Learn how to create a balanced and healthy lunch box using market sourced products, with free samples and smart eating resourced to take home. Located near the Gouger Street main entrance, next to the U-Install It community kitchen, local dietitian and co-owner of Sprout Themis Chryssidis will be running cooking demonstrations at 9am and 10:20am.
Attendees will also have the chance to take part in competitions, with prizes and food giveaways throughout the day.
